BWGELA Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to preventing it in its operations and its supply chain.

This statement is made by BWGELA Ltd on a voluntary basis and reflects the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Business

BWGELA Ltd operates online platforms for critical thinking, public speaking, and related education. It is a small digital organisation. BWGELA Ltd does not manufacture or trade in physical goods and operates primarily online. As a result, its exposure to the risks associated with modern slavery is low.

Our Supply Chain

The supply chain of BWGELA Ltd consists mainly of technology and software providers, including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and artificial intelligence services. BWGELA Ltd expects all of its suppliers and partners to comply with applicable laws, including those relating to modern slavery and human trafficking, and to uphold the same standards that BWGELA Ltd sets for itself.

Our Policies and Due Diligence

To support this commitment, BWGELA Ltd:

• Seeks to work only with reputable third parties who share its values and who comply with applicable employment and human rights laws.
• Reviews the practices of new suppliers where modern slavery risk is identified.
• Encourages anyone with concerns about modern slavery connected to its business to report them so they can be investigated.
